- Develop full-stack software using Node.js, JavaScript, and JSON
- Implement object-oriented design and well-architected design principles
- Troubleshoot and debug distributed systems
- Support an enterprise-level organization
- Develop omni-channel Contact Center solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 2-4 years of experience in full stack software development
- AWS Certifications (Associate, Professional, Specialty level)
- Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- 6+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Full Stack Software Developer with DevOps experience
- Experience developing for Amazon Connect
- Coaching and mentoring junior developers
- Experience with Terraform and Typescript
- Scripting experience using Powershell
