What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design business systems, including the development of requirement specifications and project oversight
- Act as an intermediary between IT and internal clients, providing technical consulting on complex projects
- Enhance, optimize, and automate existing processes to improve operational efficiency
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Collaborate with business teams throughout the software development lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience working with the business in software development
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, including collaboration with business and/or IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Technical background, particularly in payments technology
