      Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Principal Business Process Analyst for its Sunnyvale, California location.

      This position may be performed onsite in Sunnyvale, California or may offer the ability to telecommute.

      • Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems to support Engineering & Manufacturing functions.
      • Represents Corporate Enterprise Services to define function requirements and business cases for the technology developments and improvements.
      • Coordinates with user stakeholders, and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
      • Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.
      • Works with leadership teams across multiple business, engineering, IT, and manufacturing organizations to monitor and control external service contracts. Responsible for tracking of capital assets, including physical location, usage, and disposition.

      Basic Qualifications for Business Process Analyst

      • Must have a Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of finance, experience. Or Master’s degree with 1 year of related experience. (Two additional years of experience with an Associates degree may be used in lieu of a BS Degree)
      • MS Office Suite experience
      • Experience with Data integration, requirements gathering, system definition development and documentation, and project management
      • Experience with ERP systems SAP and/or Costpoint
      • US CItizenship is required for this position.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Demonstrated ability to support complex operations while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
      • Ability to Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
      • Being able to understand and document a technical business processes. Knowledgeable about constraints associated with compliance, reporting requirements, upstream/downstream systems. etc.
      • Ability to comprehend a policy and translate into a process flow.
      • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
      • Defense Contractor Financial Planning experience
      • Excel add-in for Planning Analytics experience (PAX)
      • Defense contractor forward pricing rate and indirect budgeting development and management experience
      • IBM Cognos Analytics Dashboard, Query Studio, or Report development experience

      Salary Range: $95,500.00 - $142,500.00

      The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

      Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
