      The Impact you will have in this role:

      Being a member of IT SIFMU Delivery, you will support core Clearing and Settlement applications for Mutual Funds under the Wealth Management & Insurance Services umbrella.

      The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the main interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.

      You will collaborate with your peers within and outside your area to ensure that any best practices/approaches/standards are reused. You would be part of an Agile squad and will collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to understand the business needs and participate in planning, definition, and high-level technical design with the development team.       Your Primary Responsibilities:

      • Validate functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
      • Lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicable
      • Collaborate with project team, product management, and collaborators on all aspects of the project
      • Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators
      • Provide guidance to team members by elaborating the necessary details required through all phases of projects
      • Review input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
      • Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed
      • Review system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards
      • Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks
      • Validate justification and return on investment related to solutions designed to automate manual processes
      • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

      The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
