      What you will be doing

      The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of econometrics projects for dentsu clients across many brands and markets. You will build and review statistical models and translate the insights into actionable recommendations for the client. You will manage projects and be a key contact for the client.

      The difference you’ll make

      • Leading measurement projects, developing key accounts, ensuring quality control output, performing statistical modelling (Market Mix Modelling, etc.), and integrating research insight from a wide variety of sources to build compelling insight stories. Insights must then be delivered in a practical and timely manner.

      • Training, mentoring, and supporting analysts to develop their modelling expertise.

      • Providing the opportunity to specialise in a particular industry vertical, working closely with a team of sector experts to ensure our clients are delivered market-leading analytics tailored to their specific industry needs.

      • Developing deep expertise in the sector and being a go-to person for clients, the Dentsu Data2Decisions (D2D) team, and the wider Dentsu Aegis community. The PC will develop a thorough understanding of marketing and competitive strategy in the industry. The PC will be responsible for translating results from analytics into actionable recommendations.

      • Supporting new business efforts to generate revenue, including identifying new business opportunities (cold, warm, or existing clients), writing proposals, and involvement in pitches.

      • Connecting across external/internal networks to deliver value by building a good reputation in the industry by being an ambassador for Dentsu D2D.

      What you’ll bring

      • Experienced in Mixed Market Modelling (MMM) or Econometrics and building statistical models.

      • Leadership/management experience.

      • Project Management expertise.

      • Ability to write proposals and be involved in pitches.

      It would also be nice for you to have

      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple diverse teams.

      • Experienced in using software such as SAS, EViews, or similar.
