What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct client penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in security systems
- Develop internal infrastructure for research, development, and testing focused on offensive security
- Generate detailed reports on testing results and provide remediation recommendations to clients
- Assist in scoping engagements and articulate various penetration testing methodologies to diverse audiences
- Conduct cyber risk assessments using industry standards and frameworks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of professional experience in Information Assurance, Information Systems/Network Security, and Vulnerability Assessments
- Experience managing a team of consultants
- Strong understanding of malware and the ability to create custom exploits
- Proficiency in conducting network, wireless, and web application penetration testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Familiarity with security assessment tools like Nessus, Metasploit, and Burp Suite Pro
- Demonstrated ability to deliver public presentations or publish work in the cybersecurity field
- Knowledge of computer forensic tools and methodologies
- Ability to draft statements of work and proposals for prospective clients
