What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage complex, medium to large-scale projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations
- Own accountability for project outcomes, aligning work to client goals and building trust-based relationships
- Oversee project financials, ensuring targets are met or exceeded while guiding team members on budget management
- Produce high-quality, client-facing deliverables and facilitate moderate to high complexity client meetings
- Drive market visibility through external-facing thought leadership and support business growth efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing complex projects and portfolios
- Strong business development capabilities with a track record of driving growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to navigate challenging team or client dynamics and manage risk effectively
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff in project management and proposal development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in change management, strategic planning, and organizational design
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance requirements
- Background in behavioral science or related disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to produce thought leadership and engage in industry events
