      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing complex projects and portfolios
      - Strong business development capabilities with a track record of driving growth

      - Ability to navigate challenging team or client dynamics and manage risk effectively
      - Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff in project management and proposal development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in change management, strategic planning, and organizational design
      - Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance requirements
      - Background in behavioral science or related disciplines
      - Demonstrated ability to produce thought leadership and engage in industry events
