What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute credit risk oversight activities, providing strategic insights and developing comprehensive review scopes
- Independently analyze, assess, and monitor the credit quality of various loan portfolios
- Conduct effective challenges on credit strategies and governance frameworks, continuously validating risk appetite
- Perform ad hoc credit risk and asset quality analysis, presenting findings to leadership with visual data displays
- Design and enhance monitoring metrics, generating reports and summaries to identify shifting portfolio trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines, or equivalent internship/research experience
- 6+ years of relevant modeling/analytical experience, including a Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently code and interpret analysis results
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering insights to multiple levels of leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines, or equivalent internship/research experience
