      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive platform adoption and retention by ensuring successful use of the employer's products to achieve client objectives
      - Develop comprehensive customer success plans in collaboration with clients
      - Establish proactive communication with clients to review progress and align on next steps
      - Serve as a trusted customer advocate, providing tailored solutions based on client needs
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues and communicate client feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in the social impact sector, including work with non-profits and foundations
      - Hands-on experience with the employer's solutions, specifically Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT and Blackbaud Luminate
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategic conversations
      - Proven ability to analyze complex problems and make sound business decisions
      - Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and CSPs (e.g., Gainsight)
      - Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth
      - Ability to leverage analytics and reports to enhance client outcomes
