      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Optimize cybersecurity program processes and contribute to the program roadmap
      - Manage and execute cybersecurity risk assessments using various methodologies
      - Analyze and report on cybersecurity risks against established frameworks
      - Document risk assessments and prepare reports for external regulators and auditors
      - Partner with Product Owners to evaluate and enhance the organization's security posture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Analytics, Business Administration and Management, Project Management, or related field
      - 6+ years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management, or related
      - Technical proficiency of Proficient on the Dreyfus scale for internal applicants
      - In lieu of education, 8+ years of relevant experience is acceptable
      - Ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - GIAC certification
      - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
