      Job Summary

      We are seeking a highly skilled and multidisciplinary professional with deep expertise in health analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights and scalable solutions. In this role, you will build and maintain operational-grade machine learning and predictive modeling pipelines, including data processing, model training, inference, and performance monitoring — all in a scalable, reproducible, and well-documented manner.


      Job Responsibilities

      • Designs highly complex level studies, models, reports, and analyses.
      • Pulls and stages highly complex data sets.
      • Analyzes data or develops models using highly complex techniques such as neural networks, logistic regressions, factor analyses, and multivariate data reduction techniques.
      • Uses expert knowledge of advanced analytical tools such as SAS in highly complex data analyses.
      • Uses expert knowledge of ICD9/10, CPT4, NDC, lab data, and other clinical fields in highly complex analyses.
      • Leads communications and manages relationship with clients (internal and external) and vendors.
      • May indirectly manage others to complete projects.

      External Basic Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience - or - High School/GED and at least 5 years of experience.
      • Experience should be in healthcare related research or analytics. Degree should be in a healthcare or analytics related field such as statistics, epidemiology, mathematics, economics. social or actuarial sciences.
      • At least 2 years of experience manipulating complex data sets.
      • Experience in expert use of advanced quantitative methods.
      • Experience contributing to complex analytical projects from conceptualization through completion.
      • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
      • Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
      • Advanced level experience with SAS programming or comparable.
      • At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership
      • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience -or- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience. Experience should be in healthcare related research or analytics. Degree should be in a healthcare or analytics related field such as computer science, statistics, epidemiology, mathematics. social sciences, or comparable field.

      • At least 6 years of experience manipulating complex data sets.

      • PhD in public health, statistics, epidemiology, mathematics, economics, actuarial science, or social or health sciences.

      • Experience authoring published manuscripts in peer reviewed journal publications.

      • Experience presenting and reporting on analytical results to appropriate stakeholders including executive level leadership as well as external clients.

      • Advanced level experience with SAS, SQL, python programming or comparable.

      • Extensive experience building models and deploying them in Azure pipelines/Databricks.

Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
