Job Description

- Architect, specify, design, and integrate high-performance and low-power front-end ICs.
- Verify and validate system functionality and performance.
- Participate in multicompetence and multisite project teams.
- Provide technical team leadership and effective communication.
- Interact with key customers to understand and meet their requirements.
- MSEE or PhD degree (preferred) with 15+ years of experience in managing complex IC projects.
- Proven track record of developing high-volume products from concept to production.
- Proven experience as a project leader, managing and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Extensive experience in deep submicron CMOS high-speed wideband analog design and/or RF/mmW IC knowledge.
- Deep knowledge and proficiency in analog and RF simulators, including Keysight and Cadence design tools.
- Strong understanding of design flow, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
NXP’s Smart Front-End & Interfaces product line is developing millimeter wave technology products in continuation of its leading portfolio of Automotive Radar and 5G solutions. Specifically, this new effort is directed towards bridging high-speed wired interfaces with millimeter wave wireless technologies, which will offer ground-breaking and innovative solutions to the consumer, computing, and industrial markets. Significant technical challenges must be overcome to make these products a reality and this journey will provide a truly rewarding experience.
