      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices, tools, and processes
      - Collaborate with development teams to identify and address bottlenecks and challenges in the software delivery pipeline
      - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of containerized application deployments using Docker and orchestration platforms
      - Ensure the effective implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions
      - Mentor and provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 8+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, system administration, or a related field
      - Extensive hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, ECS), and CI/CD tools
      - Strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, Ansible)
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
