What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Counsel and provide partnership to employees, managers, and leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Lead complex workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law
- Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement proactive employee relations strategies to enhance leadership capability and engagement
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify root causes and recommend preventive solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and workplace investigations
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity in all employee relations matters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or technology-related industry
- Knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement strategies
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting in an employee relations context
- Previous coaching or training experience for leaders and HR colleagues
- Advanced certifications in HR or Employee Relations
