  Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  Lead DQ & PQ activities
  Design Quality:-
  Review of design documents related to Chassis, steering, suspension, fuel system, Cooling system, Air intake system , Engine packaing , mounts , Powertrain integration, HVAC, Brake system, BIW, E&E etc.
  Document observations from the review commetee
  Prepare check list for systems
  collect learnings and prepare design guidelines
  work with Systsme engineers and Design review teams, manufacturing teams, project teams
  Plan and document TKO process for each part and system, note deviations , suggest modifications , collect data

  Perceived Quality:-
   Geometry & Appearance attribute of Perceived Quality / Set aesthetical targets for Gap, flush, Radii and Ball Corners on complete vehicle and parts along with Dimensional engineering during DTS specification. / Be part of Target setting team and highlight consequences of program decisions / Perform perceived quality attribute reviews on Mahindra and competitor product benchmarking. / Set Vehicle level PQ target with defined rational behind./ Conduct Virtual and physical vehicle assessments during development phases / Report status of PQ attribute to line and project management ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner / Provide technical input to design and engineering in development of robust solutions that deliver attribute requirements /Assess PQ attributes at Supplier locations for off process and off tool results.

  Experience

  18 to 22 Years

  Industry Preferred

  Qualifications

  BE/B.Tech, Diploma

  General Requirements

  Design Quality:-
  Knwoledge about cooling system , Air intake and exhaust system
  Knowledge of Engine room packaging , Powertrain integration
  Knowledge of CATIA
  Knowledge of GD&T
  Basic knowledge of FEA /CFD

  Perceived Quality:-
  Work on competency building and standard setting.
   Support development of PQ processes & procedures ensuring
   Research and understand cultural differences in Perceived Quality and differing market expectations
   Collaborate with Suppliers to create and approve individual Part Quality Standards ahead of final part release
   Assist production approval of parts both dimensionally and cosmetically during early build phases (Matching Builds / Appearance Approvals etc)
