Key Job Responsibilities:
· Daily monitoring of manufacturing KPIs: FTT, OEE, Scrap, BTS
· Create action plans for improvement on the manufacturing metrics
· Develop and update of process documentation such as PFMEA, Flow Charts, Control Plan, Visual Aids, QPS, etc.
· Daily startup meetings with manufacturing team to review operations status of lines under his responsibility
· Support customer and external audits in the manufacturing shop floor.
· Support on 8D development, root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
· Execute engineering runs and support engineering changes implementation
· Drive process deviation and approve product changes for manufacturing side.
