What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead processes related to business disruption and enterprise resilience risk identification, assessment, measurement, and reporting
- Develop and implement risk appetite measures and oversee risk appetite performance reporting
- Provide risk expertise and support for business programs, initiatives, and committees
- Develop tools and processes to enhance risk reporting capabilities
- Assist in audits of bank operations and collaborate with regulatory agencies during audits and exams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk, including project management, OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same fields
- Experience with resolution planning, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, cloud, and crisis management
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to enterprise and operational risk
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to track and coordinate large, complex processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
- Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Experience in large financial institutions
- Familiarity with risk control frameworks
