- Analyze 1st and 3rd party data to assess state of the business, gaming industry trends (competitive landscape, technological shifts), and future risks/opportunities
- Develop robust business models and forecasts on where to play and how to win over 1-to-5-year horizons with de-risked operational plans that drive alignment and accountability
- Create data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance short-term, including product platforms, incubations, and key initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership to executive leadership teams, functional leaders, and strategy colleagues with top-tier written, verbal, and visual presentations.
- Consult on a wide range of Personal System strategy topics, including growth opportunities, value chain differentiation, and profit optimization, while applying new methods of strategic analysis that actively contribute to team skill development
- MBA or demonstrable equivalent in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, or commensurate work experience.
- At least 8-10+ years of work experience, preferably 3-4+ in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning AND 2+ years working in product management.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry

- Excellent data analysis and visualization capabilities, including extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong strategic skills, including transformation and change management, impact analysis, and long-term planning
- Top-tier communication and relationship management skills, including presenting to, partnering with, and building consensus across all levels including senior executives
- Strong Product Management including customer insights, concept testing, product profitability forecasting and analysis, and portfolio management
- Experience in the Hardware and Gaming industries, including consumer electronics, software, XaaS, and/or managed services offerings

This role is responsible for building the long-term strategy, medium-term business planning, and short-term operational plans across the product/portfolio roadmap and GTM motions, while maintaining a customer-first mindset. You will develop strategic recommendations by conducting in-depth analyses, testing hypotheses, and collaborating with cross-functional executives.

The base pay range for this role is $149,900 to $230,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
