What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Processing and manipulation of various data to build business decision support assets
- Requirements development and solution design in a software development context
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert in small teams focused on multiple initiatives

- Communicate complex results and findings to all levels of the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of software development experience in Python, R, JavaScript, C++, DAX, .Net VBA
- 5+ years of experience in MS Power BI, Tableau, SSRS
- Proven knowledge in data processing and automation platforms
- 3+ years of query writing in SQL, GraphQL, or similar query language
- 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement techniques and Quality frameworks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare or Life Sciences experience
- Contact Center experience
- Card processing experience
