- Lead full product development cycles
- Drive collaboration across mechanical, electrical, software, and industrial design teams
- Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to design control and quality processes
- Support proposal development and contribute to strategic project planning
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSME )
- 8+ years of experience in electro-mechanical product development, preferably in robotics or industrial automation
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary projects from concept to production
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience with distributed teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools for schedule and resource management
- Familiarity with risk analysis methods (FMEA, hazard analysis) and industry safety certifications (e.g., CE, UL)
- Bonus: Experience in ISO 9001/13485 or other quality environments
