- Lead mechanical design for hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and medical office buildings
- Build and mentor a growing team of engineers and designers
- Partner with architecture and MEP leaders across the region
- Drive business development and deepen relationships with key healthcare clients
- Oversee design delivery, QA/QC, team resourcing, and financial performance
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering (PE required)
- Deep expertise in healthcare MEP systems, codes (NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, CA Building Code)
- Proven leadership in project delivery, client engagement, and business growth
- Strong understanding of sustainable design in healthcare environments
- Experience with Design-Build, IPD, or Design Assist preferred
- HFDP, LEED AP, or PMP is a plus
