What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the global employee listening strategy, including roadmap and success measures
- Deploy enterprise-wide listening initiatives, directing survey design, implementation, and analysis
- Facilitate executive debriefs on engagement survey results and translate findings into strategic actions
- Manage lifecycle surveys and maintain strong partnerships with listening vendors
- Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis and tailored reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of analytics experience, ideally in HR or employee experience
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical methodologies
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in analytics or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate data insights effectively
- Experience with product teams and HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) and advanced BI tools
- Ability to foster open, collaborative conversations with business partners
