What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research on regulatory compliance requirements and assess business policies and procedures
- Understand data privacy regulations and identify compliance program risks and controls
- Support the execution of key privacy program processes
- Prepare status reports on program initiatives and compliance issues
- Maintain and enhance departmental compliance components
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Security & Intelligence, Law, Information Technology, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or related field
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to privacy risk
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business, Security, Law, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Risk, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in privacy compliance in a financial institution
- JD, CISA, CIPP, CRMP, PMP, RIMS, or similar certification
