What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage schedules and purchase orders for a specific supplier within the electronics commodity
- Ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality standards and cost objectives
- Conduct procurement processes such as RFPs, negotiations, and program execution
- Maintain records of procurement activities and monitor contract performance for compliance
- Resolve delivery issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful procurement operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree in a related field
- U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP
- Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
