What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product leaders, product owners, and engineering to provide a clear product vision and strategy
- Establish product roadmaps and release plans that meet customer requirements and achieve desired outcomes
- Lead customer advisors in product portfolio committees to gather customer feedback and validate potential solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and enhancement recommendations
- Manage product investment decision making and financial performance, balancing value and costs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to facilitate difficult discussions and prioritize competing interests
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 10 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAFe/Agile/Waterfall development methods
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and customer/user experience centered design frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in researching and understanding market and customer needs
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision making and solve engineering problems
