      As the Principal Product Manager, DSP Performance Service Level Standards (SLS) you will own our accountability mechanisms and drive change in a dynamic business environment across North America. We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter for this role. This person will obsess about accountability mechanisms and data accuracy. They will build a roadmap to proactively find and solve for gaps in our data architecture and processes, create closed loop mechanisms, and reduce defects. They will influence product and engineering roadmaps, ground-truth metrics from the data source to the field, and reduce bad actor behavior. This role will develop a strategy to data quality and expand our measurable and accountability signals. They will investigate customer anecdotes, keeping a shape eye where experience does not match the data. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to:
      - Understand the complexity of our metrics, deep dive data, and work with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. They will map signals to ground-truth of the behaviors that drivers engage in while on route.
      - Overcome obstacles and work across teams to deliver high quality deliverables on-time. They must balance when to dive deep and when to move forward with limited information.
      - Understand complex use-cases, connect the dots between various processes and systems, and invent to create solutions that are easy to understand and scale.
      - Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful
      - Make long-term decisions with imperfect data. They will influence the roadmap and make difficult trade-offs on prioritization where their decisions will have multi-year impact.

      Role may require to travel up to 10% within the US



      Key job responsibilities
      Your responsibilities will include:
      • Lead development of the data architecture and the long term strategy and roadmap to leverage behavior signals in our data.
      • Root cause opportunities and extract insights using a data driven approach.
      • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
      • Basic understanding of how to apply advanced analytics and give guidance to build more technical models.
      • Work with Business Analytics and Tech team members to articulate and prioritize feature needs for analytics and reporting.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams across Amazon for collaboration to improve the customer experience.
      • Ability to influence rather than authority to build trust across the organization.
      • Create, maintain, and disseminate program information confidently and on a regular basis to Amazon senior executives, senior leadership teams, and key stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree
      - Experience as a product manager or owner
      - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
      - 7+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
      - Experience with end to end product delivery
      - Master's degree
