      Job Description

      • Shape the product vision by researching innovations in the areas of SaaS software licensing, usage-based pricing, FinOps, and consumption insights, always with a customer-first mindset.
      • Define the strategy, develop the roadmap and drive implementation for various licensing areas such as subscriptions, entitlements, cost-control and usage insights for both our direct customers and also partners.
      • Create solutions with a product-led growth mindset, that wow our customers, help them to get the maximum value out of our platform, and drive upselling and cross-selling.
      • Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points.
      • Provide market and competitive insights, product positioning, and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market activities.
      • Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset.
      • Drive large cross-functional initiatives and programs with multidisciplinary teams to implement new processes within Dynatrace.
      • Work in a global team and collaborate tightly with product management, engineering, sales, support, services, marketing, and legal to bring Dynatrace to the next level.

      Qualifications

      • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the field of SaaS products.
      • At least 3 years of experience in a few of the following areas: SaaS software licensing, FinOps, usage-based pricing, subscription management, provisioning, usage analytics, or account management enterprise portals.
      • Proven track record of leading SaaS-based products to market and success
      • Deep knowledge of user journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
      • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects that are aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
      • Strong lateral leadership skills with a result-driven mindset and adaptive communication skills.
      • Proven track record in successfully driving large cross-functional initiatives.
      • Solid understanding of the technical domain to effectively spar with architects and engineers to assess tradeoffs and risks.
      • You are an expert in thinking big, acting fast, and able to drive MVPs embedded in long-term roadmaps.
      • Strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS Software, ...

      Compensation and rewards

      • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

      • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €90 000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
