      About the role

One of our key value propositions is matching our home shopper audience with our outstanding network of agents to provide a tailored experience and expert perspective as they seek their next home. This role will define and implement the strategy and vision for connecting our consumer & partner audiences, with every improvement aimed at driving trust and successful outcomes on both sides of the marketplace. Key to this will be deeply understanding our users and where they are in their process, in order to provide them the right information at the right time for the right action. You will also play a key role in mentoring and setting the standards for our product team, deepening their skills as customer advocates, business strategists and data-driven decision makers.

      • Drive a culture of constructive critique, challenging others to bring fresh and creative perspectives to solving customer problems and meeting business needs

      • Collaborate across large groups to address a highly sophisticated problem space, spanning multiple platforms, pages and ownership areas

      Who you are

You are an experienced leader who knows how to make everyone around you better. A dedicated advocate for the customer, you know how to inspire others to care deeply about customers too. Your decisions are based in observations and data, but you can lead through ambiguity, and influencing without authority within a matrixed organization comes naturally.

      • 10+ years in a Product Management role, with a focus on building consumer-facing technology products. Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience required.

      • Strong Product Management skills, experienced in independently owning sophisticated products and/or product portfolio and defining product vision and strategy in collaboration with other teams

      • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment (verbal, written, and visual) who has the ability to influence, inspire and build consensus at all levels

      • Adept at interacting with many team members and balancing a multitude of inputs (user and business needs) while planning work

      • Highly analytical person who uses data to define product strategy, make prioritization decisions and measure success.

      • Technical interest and ability to evaluate the technological strengths and weakness of product solutions
