      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core incidents experience in PagerDuty’s Incident Management product
      - Own the Chat Experience, delivering intelligent workflows across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and future collaboration surfaces
      - Partner with the AI-first organization to define and ship PagerDuty AI Agents for incident response
      - Drive adoption of proactive and automated workflows to enhance resolution speed and reduce toil
      - Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop intuitive solutions for customer pain points

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 or more years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools
      - Proven experience building and launching Slack apps with interactive workflows and UI
      - Strong understanding of incident response and DevOps workflows
      - Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact product initiatives across multiple surfaces
      - Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Teams apps or integrations
      - Familiarity with AI or AI Agent technologies, including generative or assistive use cases
      - Strong product instincts and a design-forward approach to creating polished experiences
      - Ability to align stakeholders and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams
