This position is a key leadership team member reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities & Engineering (F&E), serving as a trusted advisor to the Site Operations leadership team. The role provides subject-matter expertise, strategic direction, and leadership consultation for the implementation of physical safety, emergency response, and business resumption programs at one of the largest and most complex sites in the Roche network. This position serves as the lead emergency response and business resumption coordinator for Site Operations.
