- Completes project documents including design drawings and statements of work for access control, intrusion detection and video systems.
- Oversee and manages the operational aspects of physical security projects and serves as liaison between stakeholders and selected suppliers.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with other stakeholders and selected suppliers.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance. No clearance is required to start.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant access control, CCTV, IP Video experience or 3+ years with a Master’s Degree: an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing and programming physical security projects to include construction specifications, access control, intrusion detection and video systems using Lenel OnGuard OR similar systems.
- Ability to lead and manage projects related to IDS, Lenel or similar systems, video systems and other physical/technical security related systems.
- Knowledgeable in ICD 705, NISPOM and applicable UL standards.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

This position will be responsible for managing physical security projects across the sector using Lenel OnGuard or similar, performing security assessments, and independently identifying countermeasures to mitigate risks. Projects will include buildouts for new programs and/or entirely new sites/buildings.
Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others; the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines; and attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are also required.
This position can be filled at either a level 3 or level 4.
