Job Description
- Req#: 16830
- Define radios and modems for next generation products.
- Work with cross-functional teams on implementation.
- Drive standardization across the business.
- Create roadmaps to achieve results.
- 12+ Years of experience in embedded engineering, cellular modems and carriers, radio frequency and protocols, or related fields and positions.
- Proven background in wireless design including: Wi-Fi, 802.15.4, cellular, BLE and SubGHz.
- Significant experience with high-volume embedded, connected products.
- Experience working with global cellular carriers.
- Seasoned in 8/16/32 bit MCU.
- Practiced in firmware development.
- Proficient at embedded prototyping.
- Competent knowledge of hardware schematics.
- Professional ability to work in global team.
- Adept communication skills and ability to collaborate.

Resideo is currently searching for a Principal Radio Frequency Engineer that has state-of-the-art knowledge and deep experience on radio technologies and protocols. You will be selecting next-generation radio transceivers and associated protocols that define Resideo standards across all lines of business. You will have the opportunity to work with design, domain, product management, supply chain and vendors to optimize solutions and provide differentiation.
