What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple global projects, including engineering and construction professionals
- Manage the planning, scoping, and execution of facilities-related projects from inception to completion
- Drive project requirements, priorities, and deadlines for new and existing facilities
- Provide design and execution expertise in areas such as cost estimating and civil engineering
- Control project portfolio costs and investments, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/construction management
- Proven construction management background with experience in planning and delivering large facilities (€30 million +)
- Exceptional communication skills, fully proficient in English; additional languages are an asset
- Flexibility to travel frequently to support project management on-site
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or a related field
- Proven project management skills and experience
- International experience working with cross-functional teams
- PMP certification
