- Proven success managing multiple searches in a high-velocity environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a rigorous discipline.

Reporting to a cofounder, you will partner with senior leaders to lead impactful searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership roles. You will refine interview questions to assess candidates thoroughly, focusing on evidence of high performance and traits critical to success at Jerry. You will own senior-level searches across various functions in the U.S. and Canada and support the development of junior team members through coaching and training contributions.
