      About The Job

      Release Train Engineer responsible for leading HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and/or Real Estate programs within the ATS Corporate Systems organization. This role requires expert-level experience and acts as a servant leader and coach across one, or more, Agile Release Trains. Technology solutions in scope may include Workday, Infor, ServiceNow, UKG Dimensions, and custom applications.


      Major Responsibilities

      • Facilitating ART events and processes.
      • Assisting teams in delivering value.
      • Identifying cross-team dependencies and making economic decisions by rolling up team estimation to the program level for visibility.
      • Fostering continuous improvements via Inspect and Adapt Workshops.
      • Regularly reviewing program boards, feature/story burndowns, and burn-ups to understand PI progress.
      • Communicating with stakeholders, escalating and removing impediments, managing risk, and driving relentless improvement.
      • Serving as the single point of contact for Product Owners and Project Managers and the point of escalation for Scrum Masters.
      • Establishing the annual calendars for Program Increments and sprints.
      • Facilitating release planning readiness, including support of backlog management, event coordination, and leadership.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 8+ years in Release Train Engineer roles
      • SAFe Release Train Engineer

      Preferred: Qualifications

      • SAFe Scrum Master and Product Owner Product Manager
      • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math.
      • Developer nanodegree

      This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. This position is only available in Plano, TX. Full-time remote work is not offered.

      Our Principal Release Train Engineer, earn between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
