What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of community-engaged research studies
- Provide programmatic, administrative, and scientific oversight
- Serve as subject-matter expert in community-engaged and health equity research
- Identify cross-portfolio opportunities for collaboration
- Monitor project costs, financial performance, and contractual deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD and 5 years post-doc related experience or master’s degree and 8 years of post-graduate related experience
- Experience managing project plans and teams
- In-depth scientific knowledge of public health programs and intervention research
- Experience in health equity and community-engaged research
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and/or experience about social determinants of health research
- Familiarity with implementation science research
