What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in late-stage oral tablet formulation development for small molecules
- Proficiency in oral formulation techniques like solubilization, spray drying, and tablet compression
- Knowledge of common analytical techniques for formulation characterization
- Experience managing CDMOs during late clinical-stage pharmaceutical development
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in solid-state characterization techniques
- Exposure to QBD principles and drug product control strategy
- Authoring and reviewing drug product sections of late-phase INDs and NDAs
