What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage as the architect on projects to set and execute technical direction while collaborating with the consulting team to implement client solutions
- Participate in and/or lead design, requirement, or technical workshops
- Oversee and participate in development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise clients
- Be responsible for all technical deliverables related to ServiceNow architecture and implementation
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead/architect
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience
- Proven experience in the design and execution of ServiceNow implementations, ideally in Customer or Creator Workflows
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric approach
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Passionate about doing the right thing, regardless of the challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and Frontend Development (HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS)
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
