What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance education initiatives
- Organize company-sponsored symposia for society meetings, including agenda creation and curriculum content
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training to ensure program content is innovative, compliant, and interactive
- Promote programs and resources to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project management tracking for program activities, ensuring compliance and effective reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of compliance with business conduct and related policies
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
- Proven skills in project/program management and organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device and/or healthcare industry
- Background in supporting or planning education programs for medical device industry at society conferences
- Familiarity working with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Marketing, and Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with diverse customers and colleagues
