What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Design and evolve the architecture for the query layer of the data platform
- Contribute to all aspects of the data platform, from data extraction to management
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain high engineering standards
- Write scalable and robust software for production environments
- Improve tooling and processes to enhance development productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 10+ years of software development experience using Java or similar languages
- Deep expertise in relational databases and concepts
- Experience leading multiple projects from inception to maintenance
- Knowledge of Postgres and non-relational databases like MongoDB
- Familiarity with AWS and database performance tuning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Prior experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
