What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of software development experience using Java or similar languages
- Deep expertise with relational databases and concepts
- Led multiple projects from inception through deployment
- Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, AWS, and database performance tuning
- Experience building scalable systems and architectures
