      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and development of software systems and subsystems as part of a technical development team
      - Research and propose new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings
      - Conduct design and code reviews, providing feedback on best practices in engineering
      - Mentor and guide other software engineers, fostering skill development within the team
      - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of development experience in the Microsoft technology stack (Azure, .NET, and C#)
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
      - Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful microservices and APIs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong practical experience in building microservices using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture
      - Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps/GIT based source control systems
      - Good understanding of TypeScript, Angular, and Micro Frontend development
      - Experience as a technical leader, including mentoring and coordinating cross-team activities
