      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, development, and testing of automotive infotainment application software using C/C++
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, systems, and program teams to ensure timely and quality software releases
      - Guide architectural choices and supplier partner selection to meet customer expectations
      - Mentor and coach team members while fostering collaboration across various departments
      - Manage partnerships with key engineering and product planning teams to enhance product delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Software, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
      - 10+ years of experience leading and developing Infotainment HMI Applications or equivalent
      - Proven experience leading global teams and managing technology delivery efforts at scale
      - Strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on customer experience
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in leading engineering teams developing embedded software using C/C++ and RTOS
      - Leadership experience in developing and testing automotive infotainment applications for radios and instrument panel clusters
      - Experience with ASIL A-D safety compliance and managing geographically dispersed teams
      - High level of understanding of GM Vehicle Development Process
      - Ability to influence and challenge team members diplomatically
