- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the single point of contact for the Supply Chain management organization and internal customers, including the Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with the Subcontracts Management team to support Teaming Agreements, Proprietary Information Agreements (PIA), and Supplier Service/Engineering contracts.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive Material Program Strategies (MPS) and Material Program Plans (MPP). Manage Material Sales Forecasts, Earned Value Management, Financial Management, and Material Estimates at Completion (EACs) for assigned programs.
- Proactive Business Engagement: Drive the front-end Supply Chain activities, ensuring early involvement of SC and suppliers, and spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Proposal Excellence: Lead Supply Chain proposal activities, including crafting task descriptions, basis of estimates, Price to Win strategies, and SCM business plans. Develop and communicate robust small business and SCM risk mitigation plans.
- Strategic Representation: Represent the Supply Chain organization in setting policies, strategies, and objectives. Oversee all SC activities to meet program requirements efficiently.
- Integrated Partnerships: Foster strong collaborations with various Supply Chain functions, including Production Control and Operations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Decision-Making Support: Assist in the make/buy/where process, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Risk Management: Lead and support risk and opportunity mitigation plans to ensure program objectives are met.
- Process Excellence: Support SCM Gate activities, ensuring robust processes and approvals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to create synchronized schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve performance metrics to meet program material requirements effectively.
- Supplier Excellence: Ensure Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) are meticulously crafted to meet product or service requirements.
- Global Support: Provide comprehensive support for International SCM issues, ensuring smooth global operations.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Contract Management Expertise: Proven experience with Teaming agreements, service type subcontracts, and developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of related hardware applications, operational and manufacturing processes, and experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools.
- Software Supplier Management: Skilled in managing software suppliers and collaborating with Subcontract Administrators and business leadership.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Experience leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and cross-functional teams, with proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of government regulations, including FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, and TINA.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing cutting-edge Supply Chain (SC) strategies and plans for capture/proposal efforts and program execution within the Battle Management Command and Control and Autonomy (BMC2A) organization.
As a key player, you will act as the vital link between the Program Executive, Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and the Supply Chain organization. You will lead the charge in developing, coordinating, and executing all program material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
