What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
- Develop integration strategies and architecture plans while ensuring adherence to best practices
- Analyze and improve existing configurations to support customer needs and future growth
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies
- Minimum of 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience in architecting system integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP, middleware, and LDAP
- Proficient in JavaScript with a track record of solving technical problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence and Virtual Agent
- Familiarity with AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Generative AI
- Experience in data management and database design concepts
- Knowledge of encryption principles and enterprise technologies
- Background in Self Hosted implementations or Domain Separation
