What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical delivery of the Employee Compliance Intapp Solution during implementation
- Gather technical requirements and conduct data management workshops
- Create architectural diagrams and manage design issues in JIRA
- Provide technical administration training to clients and guide Solution Engineers
- Collaborate closely with project team members to deliver the solution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of experience in a technical implementation role within a SaaS organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or strong related equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
- Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Financial or Professional services sector with industry-standard software systems
- Familiarity with Employee Compliance, new business intake, and conflicts solutions
- Knowledge of software development logic, patterns, and algorithms
- Experience with systems integrations and automation
