  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Set UX strategy and vision for product experience across digital platforms
  - Lead and coordinate collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams and engage with senior-level stakeholders
  - Deliver high-quality design work, including accessibility, content, user research, information architecture, and interaction design
  - Drive the creation of design deliverables such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes
  - Champion qualitative and quantitative research methods in design decisions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10+ years of relevant product design work
  - Expert proficiency in UX and product design
  - Strong strategic problem-solving and collaboration skills
  - Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)
  - Ability to effectively use data and insights to inform design decisions
