  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct and lead mobile ethnographic research using a mix of qualitative methods
  - Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product strategy
  - Advocate for ethnographic research methods within the UX Research team
  - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights relevant to strategic initiatives
  - Apply research best practices to ensure high-quality work
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in strategic research engagements
  - Proven ability to lead and deliver research in a fast-paced, business-focused environment
  - Experience designing and managing complex multi-phase qualitative studies
  - Strong capability in translating complex qualitative datasets into meaningful insights
  - Prior experience in a two-sided marketplace, such as home services or e-commerce, is highly preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with longitudinal diary studies, in-person ethnography, and in-depth interviews
  - Ability to build and present compelling narratives that influence roadmap decisions
  - Familiarity with business strategy and operations in ambiguous environments
