      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Information Security Architects and manage the team’s maturity and departmental planning
      - Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and security threats
      - Develop and communicate security patterns organization-wide
      - Collaborate on the development of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Stay informed about advancements in cybersecurity technologies and recommend new solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as a People Manager with executive-level leadership
      - Proven experience in managing and establishing a Cyber Security Architecture Department
      - Expertise in security architecture and implementation of security solutions
      - Experience in multi-cloud environments and identity and access management (IAM)
      - Strong understanding of security considerations in cloud computing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consulting and engineering security best practices across various organizations
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity
