      Job Description

      Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Print Services Manager join our team. This individual Facilitates cross organization initiatives to drive the Content Acquisition business forward with a focus on managing tactical day to day print service functions while also supporting sales revenue and efficiencies initiatives. These initiatives include effective oversight of pricing strategies, external print vendor coordination, and partnership with the LS manufacturing team to ensure top-tier production quality by overseeing complex, deadline-driven publishing workflows with sales leadership, especially during peak production cycles.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or directly related year for year experience
      • 3 years’ experience in operations and/or manufacturing, managing internal and/or external business relationships, and creating other support materials
      • 3 years of experience in book production or manufacturing, preferably in a publishing house or print vendor setting

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience managing cost and pricing of a product across an organization
      • Experience working in an operations/manufacturing environment
      • Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships
      • Comfortable working in a team environment

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Partner with finance to develop and maintain pricing structures for a wide range of book formats including hardcover, paperback, and specialty editions.
      • Work closely with manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing to adjust pricing as the business deems necessary.
      • Facilitate between Sales and Operations to expedite orders and drive forward sales revenue.
      • Provide project support and coordination during seasonal spikes with tight deadlines and broad organizational visibility, leveraging internal stakeholder support and outsourced capabilities accordingly.
      • Takes part in evaluating new outsource vendors and maintaining relationships with trusted vendors for offset, digital, and POD (Print-on-Demand) production.

      Hiring Salary Range: $72,895k - $92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
